New thing for me were that you stay in attack position all the time. Some how I'm standing too high when I'm pedaling. Back straight and head behind the handle bars. The worst mistake is head. You want to have your head above the handlebar. When comes the attack -time your head moves to be in front of the handle bar. Sometimes low, just above the bars, sometimes you are standing high, but the head is in front of the bars. I draw nice pictures for you. What ever you do, think about where your head is. In the turn you need to look to direction where you are wanting to go, also in riding position it matters, give it a thought. It's all about your head. (In the picture other dude's legs are bended.. it don't matter, look where the head is).
LOL. I had to think what special I had during this week. Well I had a bday!! My friends own a rafting company, so they took me to rafting. Practicing has been super easy for this week, because last week I did way too much. I had one hour coaching. We concentrate on riding position. I wish I would have film the examples of my position (same for most riders) and action position. I think in book it's the talk about attack position. That is because femaile don't have as much power as male, their riding technic is more pure. Here is one hero from our time:
