This is how it has being for me for past year... or longer. We have been talking about mycoplasma for long time. I have visited a doctor easily 20 times and mention this everytime. Have got some antibiots but no test, nothing. Until now. I'm in Finland and the first 5 days here I was seing doctor every single day.
Got the results from the test and said some bad words. It's nice to know what is and has being the problem but mycoplasma is something you don't want to have. Now I have medicines, lots of them. The most important thing is to not do sports. Nothing that heart rate would go over 140. For 2 months about. I hope less, but also that might not be enough. Heart rate 140 sounds like piece of cake but when I simply stand up my heart rate is 120-130.
My tips for everyone who do sports, keep checking your rest heart rate. Check:
1. when you wake up, before you stand up
2. Stand up, stay still, the highest during 1min.
(3. Keep on standing and the heart rate after standing 3min)
