Before the camp I was told that it's not really a clinic, it's more like a daycare. I told them that I believe it will be good. I was still believing on this. I asked that what time I should come to the track. The answer I got was: drop-off is from 8 to 9. That is kinda interesting way to say it when I'm an adult who is going to drop off myself to the track. So I got up at 6.45. Made it to the track by 8. It took all the way to 9.15 that we finally gether the group. And till 10 that we were on the track. By 11 we had done 4 gates! So 3 hours and 4 gates!!!!! God damn I was pissed off and no way to get me back from there..
The 1st day of the camp we did total:
- 4 gates
- 5 x pumping the 3rd straight
- 8 times manual 1 jump
- 10 x last straight (which is short!)
- 2 x full lap
So if you practice with concentrating and with good planning you can do this in 1h. I was there from 8am to 4pm. After that I was brain dead. Tired to listen tickling from someone saying a word butt. I give full recpect for those 3 person who were over 12 years old and felt the same pain I did. And for the 3 YEARS OLD BOY, who stayd with the group full 2 days. Didn't complain about anything. Didn't enterup the practice even once. Didn't need more drink, didn't need to anyone to take him to toilet. Didn't ask any stupid questions. Didn't do anything what he was not allowed to do. I got to get some kind of medal for him. And thinking about the price, I guess 50$/day is not bad price for daycare.
