So that's (sh)it. It's nice to start to get these better. I was thinking to make the tests ones a month or max 1x2weeks. Endurance is something I haven't tested even it's super important for BMX. Everything what happens after the first 8 seconds (well max 12 for those with the best fitness), is about endurance. Also it matters for how fast you recover, which makes the difference to that moh much you can train and how well you can keep up going thru the full race and be on your top in the finals. So it's no point to under estimate endurance in BMX.
